How-to: See If Your Funds Have Been Sent Yet (Managed Funds)

Check the status of your funds after your Managed Funds Experience has ended. 

If you’ve been approved to use Managed Funds for your Experience, Do Charity, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization, will collect the funds you raise and send them to the beneficiary organization approximately 30 days after your Experience ends.  You can track the status of the funds you raised from your Experience Management Menu.

Check Your Funds Withdrawal Status

  1. Select Experiences from the left menu.
  2. If you’ve chosen a list view, click on the Experience title. If you’ve chosen a grid view, click on the Experience image.
  3. Select Withdraw Experience Funds*.

Status Meanings

The status of your funds will display in the Status column: 

  • Pending: Your Experience has ended, and our finance department is holding the funds, so any refunds or chargebacks can be processed.
  • Processing: Your funds are with our accounting department for payment.
  • Paid: The funds have been sent to the beneficiary organization. A transaction number will be included:

You’ll also receive a confirmation email that your funds have been sent.  

Good to Know

  • Funds will be sent to the recipient organization approximately 30 days after your Experience ends. The purpose of this 30-day period is solely to allow refunds and credit card disputes, if any, to be processed.

*Note: This wording may differ depending on the terminology selected in Experience setup.
