Cancel an Experience

If you need to cancel your fundraiser, get in touch with a Fundraising Specialist at success@rallyup.com. You can also send us a message via chat (located at the lower right-hand corner of this window).

Good To Know

  • If you need to cancel a raffle or sweepstakes experience, please contact us directly at success@rallyup.com to ensure you comply with all legal requirements and RallyUp’s Terms of Service. 
  • Contact your donors before issuing any refunds. Your supporters may want you to keep their donations despite the experience cancellation, so it’s a good idea to let them know about your plans to cancel and ask their preference.
  • Consider postponing or freezing your experience instead of canceling it altogether. You can always change your experience dates as long as your experience is still running.
  • Once an experience is canceled, you will not be able to restart the experience. You can make a new Experience by copying your experience or starting a new one.
