If you need to cancel your fundraiser, get in touch with our customer support team. You can send us a message via chat (located in the lower right corner of the screen).

Good to Know

• If you need to cancel a Raffle or Sweepstakes, please contact us to ensure you comply with all legal requirements and RallyUp’s Terms of Service. 
• Contact your donors before issuing any refunds. Your supporters may want you to keep their donations despite the Campaign cancellation, so it’s a good idea to let them know about your plans to cancel and ask their preference.
• Consider postponing or freezing your Campaign instead of canceling it altogether. You can always change your Campaign dates as long as your Campaign is still running.
• Once a Campaign is canceled, you will not be able to restart the Campaign. You can make a new Campaign by copying your Campaign or starting a new one: How-to: Copy a Campaign.
