How-to: View a List of Raffle, Sweepstakes or Auction Winners

View and export a list of winners for your Raffle, Sweepstakes, or Auction.

When your Raffle, Sweepstakes, or Auction ends, the person who created the Campaign will receive an email with the winner's information. We know how important it is to access a list of winners and their contact information soon after your fundraiser ends, so you can view this information anytime.

Before You Begin

  • This article shows you how to find your winners after they’ve already been drawn. See this article to learn how to draw Raffle and Sweepstakes winners (Auction winners will be finalized automatically when the Auction ends): Understand: Drawing Raffle and Sweepstakes Winners.

View Winners

  1. Go to Campaigns in the left menu.
  2. If you have chosen a list view, click on the Campaign title. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the Campaign image.
  3. Select Manage Raffle/Sweepstakes/Auction Winners*

  1. If you asked donors to provide their mailing address at checkout, you can find it by hovering over a winner and click on the three-dot menu on the right: 

  1. Select View Mailing Address, which will make the following pop-up appear:

Good to Know

  • The Export button in the bottom left corner allows you to view a detailed report with even more information collected from your winners.
  • Only the Campaign Organizer will receive an email with the winner's information after the drawing has occurred or the Auction has ended. Anyone listed as an Campaign Administrator will not receive this email, but will be able to access winner data and reports.
