  • Name
  • Email
  • Amount (how much was paid)
  • Item (Item name)
  • Quantity (how many of the specified item were purchased)

You can export two reports from this screen:

Sold Items Report

This report gives you information about each person who purchased a Store (Sale) item, including:

  • Date
  • Name
  • Email
  • Amount (how much was paid)
  • Item (Item name)
  • Quantity (how many of the specified item were purchased)
  • Option(s) Selected (only applies if you allow donors to choose between variations of the same item)

Many organizations use this report to coordinate item delivery if needed. If your Experience included a Store (Sale) and other Activities, you can also use this report to determine and what percentage of the overall amount raised came from the Store (Sale).

If a donor purchases more than one item in a single transaction, each item will have its own row in the report. If a donor purchases multiples of the same item in a single transaction, the multiples will be shown in the same row and the quantity will be noted.
