Troubleshoot common login issues.

If you're having trouble logging into your RallyUp account, try one of the following solutions:

• Make sure you're using the same method to log in that you used to create your account (e.g., if you used Facebook to create the account, use Facebook to log in).
• Make sure you’re using the correct email address and that it’s been entered correctly.
• Make sure caps-lock is off when entering your password.
• If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it easily: How-to: Reset Your Password.
• Clear your browser cache.
• Try logging in with a different browser.
